Make this a bracket. Then, when we get another team, we give that team and the one its facing an appropriate extension. If it doesnt happen, one team gets a first round pass, and nobody cares anyway.

Yeah, Dante. I think you are a really good admin, but the issue here is management not activity. People dont want to play an impossible to complete tourney. If you break it down to elimination and perhaps make it fewer games, I certify that this tourney will be completed.
